"Beyond Excellent... This was by far the most useful leadership training that I have attended. The information and learning about trauma-informed leadership has really highlighted the areas that can be changed to move an agency toward becoming trauma-informed but also how to support individuals through this lens in order for our staff to care for the community, we have to be the support for the staff and creating that safe space by establishing relationships built on trust.
