The i-act course for managers is aimed at supporting managers to improve workplace well-being and helping them to support employees who may experience mental health or well-being issues. This course comes with a 168-page evidence-based course manual, toolkit and resource pack. The course highlights what managers need to know about managing mental health in the workplace. In addition, the course comes with free access to all of the online i-act resources. Give managers a greater understanding of mental health and well-being issues and help them recognize when colleagues may need further help and support.
This two day workshop will benefit those hoping to improve employee-management relations and prevent common issues such as compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, high turnover and absenteeism.
