Jennifer Heaslip is a resilience coach who helps busy women who want to move through their days with ease from the boardroom to the soccer field and all the competing demands along the way. Through her workshops, motivational talks, and private coaching program she's here to support you on your path to conscious living.  Jennifer has worked in the mental well-being field for more than two decades providing support to individuals and helping them with comprehensive, actionable plans. Jennifer is a graduate of the Masters of Leadership program at the University of Guelph. Described as ‘A Weaver of Wellbeing because of her unique skill set’, people’ who’ve worked with Jennifer say that “She makes things easy to implement weaving in lots of different research and concepts”, “She helped me see things from a different perspective”, and “She gets me and has inspired me to take action”  When she’s not coaching or educating, you can find her spending time with her family and dogs, watching baseball cheering on her son with the Ontario Nationals or baking sourdough bread.   Meet Jennifer and get ready to boost your vitality by booking a time!
